We needed the infotainment center updated in a 2016 Mustang GT. Nikki not only took care of organizing needed updates, but when my dad came in to pick up the vehicle, she re-synched the Bluetooth on his phone to the car as well as sat with him to show him how to use Apple CarPlay. These were aspects which were causing him much anxiety. I was 1,500 miles away so Nikki was able to substitute for what I, his eldest son, would have done. She went above and beyond.

Fantastic customer experience despite a few hiccups in communication along the way. My wife, 10 month old daughter and I had to drive from Oklahoma City to Ft. Worth in order to get the exact vehicle we wanted. We had had SEVERAL poor experiences with local dealers and at the end of the day, sitting down to punch numbers with other dealerships, we were getting the runaround and the good ol' bait 'n switch. We walked away from several deals at different dealerships in the OKC Metro area. Needless to say, we were frustrated and about to throw the towel in. We called McDavid about an Atlas Blue Explorer and basically told them that we wanted the final numbers and we would head their way. Carlos was and excellent salesman and kept us informed along the entire process. Brian was also quick to call us and clarify some last minute details after a miscommunication about financing went awry. Miles listened when we explained we didn't want anything extra and had very little time to finish everything up. The Explorer is great and we were very pleased with the process! Keep up the great work! (Also, thanks Tek for making sure we got our second key before we remembered after getting back to OKC.)

I bought a new 2023 Expedition a few months ago. There was an issue with the passenger side mirror assembly for which a part had to be replaced. Nikki took responsibility for this and notified me as soon as the part became available. I made an appointment for the repair and was in and out in less time than quoted. Nikki did a great job.
