The service advisor, Ashley Biggs was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time in the retail service. Her attention to help, her fast response to any questions. I hope she stays there for some time as I will definitely choose McDavid Ford over others for my service work !

The service was excellent. I was checked in , the car was taken back into the shop and the requested work was performed. All in a very timely manner. My service technician was new. He did an outstanding job - making sure the work I request was done promptly. I always tell others how well McDavid Ford treats me with great service. Neal Oliver

Ariel and Mark we low pressure, Tre was knowledgeable and patient. There were issues with a software update and availability of Explorers but they were honest and very helpful. Truly and great experience.
