The works package all went good on the service

The service advisor, Ashley Biggs was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time in the retail service. Her attention to help, her fast response to any questions. I hope she stays there for some time as I will definitely choose McDavid Ford over others for my service work !

The whole experience was very easy from start to finish

I went in to get The Works--oil change, tire rotation, and general checkup. No appointment was needed, and I just happened to get there at the right time without a long wait. The service representative was courteous and kept me informed on the progress of the service. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my vehicle back to see that it had been washed and the interior was vacuumed.
