Mr. Brown helped me at all times and everyone was professional and pleasant.

We took it in for an oil change and other recommended items. Plus an allignment. After we had a shimmy in the front end. Took it back and we were told the tires were bad. Bought new tires thru David Mcdavid, they installed them and had another alignment. Things worked perfectly

Initially, what began as a negative experience was redeemed by a young man named Hayder. He understands customer service and was excellent to deal with the entire time. When someone spends 100k on a truck at your dealership, being told to go to another shop by one of your mechanics is not okay. Hayder is the reason that we will be returning to McDavid Ford in the future and the reason this review is more than 1 star.
