Great experience. I ordered an F250 in February and received it on Memorial Day. Michael Sawin, salesman, was easy to work with. He took my order and let me know what was going on during the process. When my truck arrived, I scheduled time to pick it up. No bad experiences during the process.

I was not looking forward to doing this. I hate going into a car lot. I'd rather get a root canal. But Sam was not pushy and the perfect sales person to approach me. I could not be more happy with the experience.

The experience was far better than I expected. I’ve had some bad experiences at a different Ford Dealership this year. Chris was honest, communicated well, and didn’t try to push any services that not needed. My views about McDavid Ford have been redeemed. Thank you for the honesty and personalizing the experience.

I needed to purchase a new work truck. I browsed online and was unable to find one that would meet my needs in stock at our local dealership. A man we attend church with works at David McDavid Ford so we contacted him. He said he had one in stock that would meet our needs. So we drove to Fort Worth and met with him and was able to check out the truck. The process was painless. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Karl to friends and family needing a new vehicle.
