I showed up at my appointment time and Porter told me a service advisor would be right out. I waited and I guess the assigned advisor didn’t know I was there so Tammy Cesares came out and apologized and got my service going. Service was pretty quick. Tech did forget to reset oil change notification in dash. I reset it as I left. Truck was clean and service was good. Tammy did a excellent job.

I hadn’t bought a new car in 25 years! I was not looking forward to the process at all! Then, I found David McDavid Ford! Specifically, Karl Brown, Miles Glover, and Jose Quesada! Rebecca was the service rep that helped me out and she was great. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and was very helpful and friendly.
