Overall experience was fine. I made an appointment but found out that was a third party contact so I could have just brought my vehicle in early. Once the technician got to my vehicle it was a speedy update. Music in waiting room was horrible.

I am submitting another review per it needs to be said again. I recently purchased a is vehicle, and I had two gentlemen help me, George who helped me with purchasing it and getting follow up work done on it, to make sure it is in the best shape, then there is Damien who is staying in touch with me and the garage people that all work, extra concerns are being taking care of, which is all above and beyond expectation of making sure my used vehicle is perfect and safe for this old lady to drive and have. I am in love with my SUV and the people at MacDavid Dealership in Ft. Worth off 820 near White Settlement exit. They are all friendly, helpful, and have great customer service skills. Believe me if it ever changes I will report that too. My daughter was even impressed and plans to come shopping in the near future. Thank you very much Damien, George, and Siva and took care of the terms and care. Excellent. I will submit a update survey late with a picture of me with new to me new SUV.
