I took my 2022 F150 XLT 4X4 in for a full service oil change which was done on time as quoted,And then I brought my 2018 Escape in for the same thing and was done earlier than the truck.A special thanks to Ashley Biggs for the great service.

Overall, it went well. I was able to get the vehicle in and while I thought I would have to wait a few days to hear back from the service department, there was a diagnosis and repair same day.
