Some confusion shopping as i was shopping over the phone. had to talk to 3 differnt p[eople but finannly go an answer. financing dept is very weird. had to fill out papers 4 different times . same answers each time

your salesman, monty smith, was absolutely awesome. he worked tirelessly to get what i wanted. your adding on dealer installed additions is Ludacris and made me want to leave.

Sales experience was great. Finance was not good. Waited an hour to get in. 2 hours in finance. The guy could not get it right. Finally called in a coworker and she fixed it in two minutes. I almost walked on the deal because of that experience.
