I came in for a scheduled oil change but mentioned a few extra things I noticed need attention, letting them know I didn’t expect them to be able to address them during that visit since it’s an on the spot mention, but they took care of all of them, and so quickly my wait seemed about the same! This is what the pros at McDavid Ford can deliver!

I went in for my 60k car checkup and some tires. Brian was helpful and got it done in the time he stated. One thing I think would be great is if they had loaner cars. Hate paying for a rental. Good work though!

Good job as always friendly courteous, fast service

When in for my explorers battery check( 4th ford battery) by the way and came out with a new car!

Not happy with diagnosis given on this unit . From purchase till today, rattling in engine area. I have had this in your shop prior times, never heard a thing. This time saying it will take up to 2 weeks out of service if that’s the case, 4 days just to diagnose . Unbelievable, and I need this unit to pay this high payment and interest I was given.

GOOD

George Jacobs was amazing listen to everything we wanted.

Monty was great, did his best to get in the vehicle I wanted.

Bryce Arstingstall was great to work with! The price I agreed to pay, was the price I paid out the door. No negotiation tactics. A good experience. :-)

Good
