I showed up at my appointment time and Porter told me a service advisor would be right out. I waited and I guess the assigned advisor didn’t know I was there so Tammy Cesares came out and apologized and got my service going. Service was pretty quick. Tech did forget to reset oil change notification in dash. I reset it as I left. Truck was clean and service was good. Tammy did a excellent job.

My experience was excellent. Ray was my technician, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and explained everything I needed to know.
