I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Expedition. It is beautiful and full of great features. However, 1 thing was not working correctly. I called my sales person and explained the problem. He asked me to bring it in which I did. After showing him the problem, he took me straight to a service manager to correct the problem. Nice and easy.:-)
