The man who sold the car was awesome, the entire experience was great. I am a little disappointed that I did not receive a 2nd key and was told I could pay $275 for it. I’ve purchased many cars and I’ve never heard of a new vehicle only coming with one key, especially a car that was almost $60k. That would be the only negative feedback.

George Jacobs recently did a great job of helping me buy a used F-150. He was courteous and informative. My only complaint is that I initiated the purchase from out of town early in the morning, flew in around noon, and I didn't drive away with my truck until after dark. Apparently the detailers were very backed up, but the truck looked great.
