Excellent dealer ship

My wife and I live in Hawaii and were interested in purchasing a Ford Bronco. Due to the limited inventory on Oahu, we searched nationwide using the CarGurus online website. Our search led us to a Bronco at David McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, Texas. I completed the online purchase request and was quickly contacted by salesman Carlos Chou. Carlos answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle and purchase process. He was very pleasant to speak with and possessed an assuring demeanor, making me comfortable about the potential transactions. A couple of days later, my wife and I decided to go through with purchase so I again contacted McDavid Ford. This time I was put in contact with Mr. Jose Carreon. Jose filled in for our salesman Carlos, who was off the day of my call, and guided me through the online purchase process. Jose was aware of the prior work completed between Carlos and myself making the personnel transition effortless. One week later, my wife and I arrived at the David McDavid Ford and was greeted by our Salesman Carlos. We were afforded the opportunity to test drive the vehicle prior to committing to our purchase. Once we were satisfied with the vehicle in person, we confirmed our final decision to purchase the vehicle. Carlos sent the car off for a final detail while we accomplished the required purchase paperwork. Our interaction with the staff from David McDavid Ford was professional, friendly, and positive. The dealership was clean and comfortable and provided all the creature comforts you would want while waiting. We would most definitely do business with David McDavid Ford again and highly recommend them to our friends and family.

The only issue that I consistently have with the service department is, recognizing the two service plans the dealer sold me when I bought the truck. The service writers are inconsistent in knowing what is covered or not covered. Everything has been covered and then on another visit, some items are not covered. The difference is the writer
