If it hadn't been for the almost 5 weeks wait to look at my car, it would have been a 5 star. I'm not sure how to speed things up, but possibly a "triage" of cars to see what can be fixed quickly versus a l-o-n-g turn-around! Very frustrating. My service tech was great, by the way!

My service advisor did not communicate well nor did he do things when he said he would. I did get my car fixed though so that is a plus!
