Brought my car in for The Works and to address a problem with the heater. I had previously tried to get the heater issue addressed and was just told that the heater was working. This time the technician checked everything and explained to my service manager that it was the fact that after 2017 Ford installed a thermostat to only heat up to the set temperature and then shut off the heater until the temperature dropped below the setting. Now that I understand what is happening, I am satisfied.

The service I received was above and beyond expectations. I’ll definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Great job!
