I had an issue with another dealership with a massive delay in service. I was able to get my car serviced here much faster and the problem was actually fixed. I was able to text real time with my service advisor for timing updates. My only critique was that I was not kept up to date with what was actually wrong or being addressed until I picked up my vehicle and received a summary. Having a rental car company available in the dealership was extremely helpful with the lack of loaner cars.
