We bought this truck long distance. We drove to Fort Worth to look at it and purchase it after discussions with the salesman. We were not told it had only one “key”, until we we’re getting in it to leave. I felt that the tactic of asking for a deposit by the sales manager was somewhat deceptive. The sales receipt which had the sales price used to determine the tax, title and license was wrong. It was a thousand dollars more than we had agreed and was on the other paperwork. The whole experience was not the best. The one key was the end of a buying process which was not pleasant.

Appointment was on time and from the checkin to my vehicle being ready was quick and easy. The service rep was awesome and it’s apparent that your techs are very knowledgeable. The time I was there was only about an hour. Great job
