It was all really good except I did not want the floor mats that the dealer added. They said I could not remove them, but when I went to pick the vehicle up, the floor mats are on back order. So I am stuck waiting on the ones I did not pick out and can not order the ones I want.I also did not want to use the Ford finance option, but I was told that was a "deal breaker". For company vehicle purchases, why do we have to use ford credit? That was annoying.

Did not work out well for me, i had a great experience at the dealership ordering my new f250 1st day we had it engine light came on, it was picked up and worked on, 2nd day engine light again, worked on it several days got it back next day engine light again. I just can't pay $82,000 dollars for a truck that doesn't right. The dealership was gracious enough to buy it back from me but did not have another f 250 to sell me, so now i had to buy a used vehicle since i traded in my 2021 Expedition and it was gone. (Very Disappointed that i ordered a f 250 waited all that time and now i don't have a truck). I was just starting to get back to Ford's instead of chevy's and this happens. Again Not Happy

He engaged in a conversation with me about my driving/buying intent and set me up with a great rate within budget with the coverage that will fit my long term ownership of the vehicle
