I was not happy with the initial up front discussions about interest rates and discovering that dealerships, in general, shop and present the best interest rates for them and not for the customers, that way the dealership can get a larger "kickback" from the bank. I personally think that is an extremely unethical business practice that borderlines on usury. That said when actually working with Jose in financing and Sam my salesmen and Brian the GM they really saved my opinion of David McDavid Ford to where I can truthfully say my experience was 5 stars.

Jackson made the deal happen from start to finish. He understood what I wanted and what I needed and he met those expectations with ease. I wish all my car buying experiences could be this simple and straightforward.

My experience is always great.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Waited about 2.25 hours for it to be completed. Seemed like too much wait time for just an oil change. Had a coupon, though, so at least the price was right.

Sterling was my sales associate, he was great! Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone that I had the pleasure of working with was top notch!! Definitely recommend!!

Overall experience was fine. I made an appointment but found out that was a third party contact so I could have just brought my vehicle in early. Once the technician got to my vehicle it was a speedy update. Music in waiting room was horrible.
