The finance guy was extremely nice. The salesman was a take it or leave it attitude. My Cadillac I bought I told had an inspection abs passed all if they but the brakes squeal like crazy every time I stop which on a newly purchased car should not be happening.

I received a call on my Birthday from your Sales person Mr. Jose Carreon wishing me a”Happy Birthday.” He has called me on my Birthday for about 10 years. He was our sales person when I purchased a vehicle from your dealership 10 years ago. We visited for a bit and I let him know I was interested in a vehicle at your dealership. Long story short. We ended up purchasing 3 vehicles this time around. He is a great salesman and you guys had the vehicles we wanted.

The purchase of the vehicle and the interaction with my salesman was excellent. HOWEVER, 3 weeks after purchasing my 2014 F150 XL and adding a 2 Year 24,000 Mile POWERTRAIN Extended Warranty the Transmission Control Module went out. Took my vehicle back to David McDavid where they promptly informed me that even though this was a transmission part and I have a power train warranty THIS WOULD NOT BE COVERED. Haven't even made a payment yet and $1700 down the drain.
