Onza the collision service manager always gets us in quickly. She updates us continually through out the whole process. She is very nice and professional. We have used McDavid quite a few times now for our service needs and are pleased.

Times are hard. Parts are hard to come by and there is a worker shortage everywhere. Yet, this dealership still finds a way to take care of me and take care of my car. They have never let me down and I have been buying my cars, maintaining my cars, and getting my car repairs done with this dealership (through a location change and a change of ownership) since 1989. It is always hard to manage life when your car breaks down, especially when it is a big job that requires a lengthy process of repairs and you have a job that requires being on call 24/7 and extensive daily travel, to multiple locations, all of which are a considerable distance from home. The people here at David McDavid are good to me. They do good work. They know me by name. They care for me and my car as if I was family. Buying Ford has always meant that I would have a good dependable car, but breakdowns do happen. Chance, my service department contact, always takes the time to keep me informed of where my car is in the repair process: when diagnostics and inspections are done, what is required to get the job done, when parts are expected to arrive, the breakdown and put it back together process, daily reports that let me know that I have not been forgotten, and that final message that my car is ready. Chance didn't just do the intake for my repairs; he followed the process every step of the way and kept me informed of the status and had my car already pulled up front and ready for me to drive off as soon as I arrived to pick it up. My mechanic, sorry I don't know his/their name(s), did an excellent job putting my car back on the road. The cashier is always friendly, and of course the sales personnel always try to get me to trade in my car for something newer (often it happens, just not this time). They have learned my preferences and try to cater to each one. I hope everyone that deals with David McDavid has the same great care and service that I get here. There are enough stressors happening during these crazy times. Thankfully, keeping me mobile and keeping my car on the road so I can be available for the clients I serve, is a situation I don't have to fret over. I highly recommend the David McDavid dealership for buying, maintaining, and repairing your car when needed. If you understand that they are a good group of people who are working hard to do a job when parts are on shortage, workforce is limited, major car repairs can't happen in a day, and times are tough for everyone- they will work their magic to the best of their individual and group abilities to take care of you. They will take care of you as if you are family.
