I was aggressively shopping and he was able to get my price point approved for the used 2020 Explorer I purchased.I initially saw the listing on CarGurus.com and Garfield was quick to reach out to my inquiry. He really went above and beyond to make the entire process very smooth.My only disappointment was leaving the dealership with my "new" used car and having the gas light turn on within 5 minutes. I don't know if having a full tank is something that should be expected or not but it was definitely a bummer to have to stop at the gas station before I could even finish my 8 mile drive home.
