explained other maintenance needed while doing oil change. I do whats recommended. I trust FORD not to just want my money. they care about the product they produce. We own two trucks and do plan on puchasing another. they treat me honestly and I will continue to with McDavid because of their service advisors and the good product they make.

The recent visit was related to a prior brake job done at McDavid where all 4 rotors were turned and all pads replaced. Unfortunately the rotors warped around 20k later. The problem was corrected with new rotors and pads at a substantial discount.

From the time we drove on the lot, Sterling Moody provided an exceptional buying experience. We did not intend to purchase a car at the time, and at first, we were only looking for pre-owned small to midsized cargo vans to fit a particular purpose. While looking at the inventory, we had a great conversation with Sterling on how we loved the first 3 Ford Escapes we’d owned a few years ago. He showed us a pre-owned model and a new ‘22, fully explaining both models and the pluses of each. We decided to wait until the next morning to make a decision. In the meantime, one of your other locations showed they had a preowned Transit Connect and we inquired if Sterling could show us that one. At our appointment, he ensured us he would help us see it. But by the time our appointment came along, Sterling had done such a great job featuring the Escapes, we decided to purchase the new one.
