The overall experience was good. I had an appointment so I only had to wait a little over an hour for my ( The Works & 2 air filters replaced ) service to be completed, so not too bad. However, I did have to add over a quart of oil to get it to the full line on the dip stick. This is a company truck but I have my personal truck serviced here also and I’ve had the same issue several times. It would be nice to have the service that you paid for fully completed.

Service CE was good, timely and nice waiting area In the meantime, service writer told me about hour and 45 min, done in 3 min less

The only negative comment is that it takes too long to get checked in. I could see they were short staffed, so I understand, wait.Not sure why this is asking me questions as if I purchased a new car. I only had an oil change????
