I was surprised that you couldn’t access previous truck services in Utah and Colorado.

I was fine. Monty calls me more often than I like. Also when purchased one online it had a recall. Leroi didn’t call me to tell my know with options. I had to ask him on a few different calls for specifics on when the part would be ordered and possible dates of when it would be available. That should be standard information so an informed decision can be made. The rest was fine. As alway, buying a car takes forever so if there is a faster way that would be great. I’m completely happy with my purchase.

Made a 4pm appointment for oil change, via Ford app. Service drive reception was a little confusing when I pulled up. No one came out. With covid signs, I wasn't sure if I was suppost to stay with vehicle or go to a service adviser door. I waiting little bit but as soon as a drive attendant came up, things moved pretty quickly. Overall great shop and clean drive. Good oil change pricing. Why go anywhere else on a ford vehicle while under warranty. Don't take a chance on wrong oil and filter with today's GDI engines.

It took a little longer than expected but otherwise good.

Great just waiting on two repairs to be completed. Bumper and heater.
