The work was done as promised and on time. My only complaint, and it is unique to this dealer, is that nobody ever greets me in the service drive. I have been here several times, and each time I had to head inside to find somebody to help check me in. At other dealers, there is always somebody outside that greets you and helps show you where to park. I think this dealer could use a greeter to help improve the customer experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Bronco from David McDavid. The sell went great with Manny and financing with Luiza wa amazing as well. Everyone was great even hopefully made the list for the Bronco Raptor coming out in 2022. Will be back for it if I did.
