I said all this on last survey and never heard anything.First my service rep ceasar was awesome always isMy issues is is the back. For the third time I got my car back with black grease hand prints all over the font of the hood and the door. My tuck is white so it stands out. I still hate the fact that every time I show up I have to go searching for a rep just to find they are at each other’s desk talking. ( yes they could be working on a client but perception is reality. Not to long ago y’all changed all my phasers and timing chain. Since then my low brake fluid alarm keeps going off. I looks and saw fluid was a min. Line. I told ceasar he said would have them look. When he came back he told me that they told him that they added brake fluid. Well they didn’t it was at some spot. Honestly the only reason I still come for service is because I have the service plan with free oil changes and no other dealer will honor it. Again noProblem with Cesar just the techs. And the grinding noise that I brought it in for some months back and they changed the hubs well that didn’t fix it. Anyway have a nice day.
