Brought my car in due to squeaky brakes once tires were rotated..this is a brand new car with less than 6500 miles on it..I bought it last February. I was told by Zach and Kyle that the insurance for replacing the brake pads expired in November of 2024 but the pads were still at 80% so Zach told me to come back and talk to him if they were still squeaking at 10,000 miles. Zach and Kyle were very personable and I appreciated their time. Unfortunately, my brakes still squeak.

We were met by Andrew that showed us excellent customer service! I was hesitant to get serviced at a dealership because of a bad experience at Town East Ford but Andrew was extremely helpful. Showed me features on my Edge I had been YouTubeing! Then Cesar kept in touch with us through our visit and also made sure everything was great! Andrew along w the rest of the crew secured me to continue using the Sservice department at David McDavid from this point on!
