Came in for scheduled oil change and differential, added transfer case oil change, after the technicians inspection added a few recommended procedures by the tech. One thing that I found very peculiar is I have a washable cabin filter that I just cleaned 3 days prior but that was recommended to swap out based off the multi point inspection.... so was it actually looked at or just adding items to try and increase the overall sale/jobs the tech will be paid for.
