Made the appointment for the next day, arrived on time, told them roof rack recall, latch on seat broken, state inspection service for registration and a wash, took 3 1/2 hours, I guess they wanted to do a good job!

I arrived without an appointment, and asked for an oil change. I was greeted promptly, and the service was started in very short order. The work was completed in short order and my car was washed. I couldn't ask for more.
