My last visit to the service department was very Pleasant and welcoming experience. The service consultant meet me at my truck and got all my information for the oil change and then contacted me a called me with updated during my stay onsite while my truck was being serviced.

Made the appointment for the next day, arrived on time, told them roof rack recall, latch on seat broken, state inspection service for registration and a wash, took 3 1/2 hours, I guess they wanted to do a good job!
