The Salesman was nice and easy going. The finance lady was helpful, quick, and verrrry nice to talk to ;) all in all a great car buying experience.

Overall, it was a pretty solid performance. Once we chose the vehicle and got to an agreeable price, delivery was smooth and all issues were handled. Downside is that the vehicle we were looking at online pricing changed over the course of a week by roughly $2k. We then selected a different vehicle but that one had a smaller rebate available. Ultimately, our pricing was about the same, but moved from an F150 to a Ranger. Vinny was good to work with and the team apologetic about the pricing difference.

On arrival at Ford service center, I was greeted while still seated in my car by Arhmen. He was friendly and polite. The whole visit went very well. A comfortable place to wait and contact information if I have concerns while waiting.
