The sales rep heard my request to help chose the Ford Escape. I noticed a squealing noise when I test drove the car and the rep said he would have service take a look at it to get the noise taken care of BEFORE I took delivery of the car. There was a longer wait time to check on financing. In the end of the transaction the rep mentioned I would need a bigger down payment for the deal to go through.
