Very easy to make and appointment.Too many hits for maintenance outside of normal scheduled maintenance.Price for service to replace spark plugs high.Would not buy a ford truck again if it turns out these recommended not scheduled maintenance items are required. Toyota Tundra will likely be my next purchase considering the information I received from McDavid.

So many things to say. Manny is fantastic, he was very personable and HUGE help during and after the process. Do to scheduling and time constraints he took the time to work with us later than he needed and made sure we were helped to the very end even when his work was done. Hands down, Manny is a true asset to the McDavid team.

About 5 months ago I spend over $26k for a new drop in engine only for the service department to treat my truck like a POS. The doors and steering wheel were stained with tech grease, under the hood components were dirty, under the vehicle components were dirty, wheels were filthy.Last week I spend $2600 and again and my truck was completely dirty. I have never seen my wheels with so much brake dust. Batteries were fully corroded with battery acid and techs did not clean them when they reconnected my battery. I noticed after I cleaned my wheels and calipers that my differential tube had been cut and one side jammed in the coil spring from another tech at a different location but was unnoticed by your blind careless techs and my doors were overwhelmed with stain again from the service techs and all the test drives.Poor poor service and now I wonder how the hell you treat my truck under the hood because on the service you treat it like crap. Where is the responsibility and care and above and beyond service?
