The overall experience at McDavid Ford was fantastic.From the management to the sales people , I felt very comfortable and informed during the entire process. McDavid staff members are the definition of Professional!

It was a ok experience. Was looking at a used truck with a little more bells & whistles and what I considered low mileage. So I ended up purchasing a new truck . And moving backwards in luxuries. It’s a nice truck . But not what I like to call a fun purchase. Really don’t like moving backwards.

Came in for scheduled oil change and differential, added transfer case oil change, after the technicians inspection added a few recommended procedures by the tech. One thing that I found very peculiar is I have a washable cabin filter that I just cleaned 3 days prior but that was recommended to swap out based off the multi point inspection.... so was it actually looked at or just adding items to try and increase the overall sale/jobs the tech will be paid for.
