The service representative was very good and the mechanical service was good. I downgraded one star because my car was required to be there two days and there was no transportation provided in the way of curtesy van or loan car.

My service coordinator, Mr. Travis and the team "behind the scenes" deserve an at-a-boy for a job well-done it getting my F350 maintenance done properly and in a timely fashion. Thank you for your hard work.
