Lost a part on my car and service guy was polite and ordered new parts then called when they came and set up an appointment and had it fixed in the time he told me.

The whole experience was top notch, starting with the salesman. No pressure, didn’t try to sell me something I did not want. The whole buying process was painless.

Travis with McDavid, hands down one of the best. Will continue to gladly drive further out of the way passing 5 Star Ford and grapevine Ford to come to this location.

Please do not ask for a comment, just be happy with the 5-star rating, lest I lower it.

Awesome place to do any type of auto purchases, trade ins, or just a maintenance service. Staff is knowledgeable and professional and doesn’t mind adding a little humor to make your visit comforting! I wouldn’t do business anywhere else!

Jose was great in providing information about a used Tundra I found through an online search. Amelia made the paperwork almost painless. I would have given 5 stars but your safety inspection missed a broken passenger tail light that I discovered after purchasing the vehicle.
