Thank you Gerald Rollins for helping me get a tail light changed in my Camry - when I first called Ford's service department - I was told "you do realize the is a Ford dealership & we don't work on any cars but Ford. That is when I called Gerald (we brought our Escape from Gerald) and asked him about my conversation. Gerald made arrangements to have my car taken care of .

I have always gotten my oil changed on my f350 an have no complaints. The truck is kept clean an returned to me as it was. I like that keep you notified of maintenance due by means of text messages.

Had a warranty issue/replacement of a driver side seat belt -- did not retract properly. The part was ordered, and I was called that it arrived at the shop. I left work early to get the item installed and sat down in the waiting room for over an hour. The technician informed me that the replacement part was the wrong color -- grey instead of black. Consequently, I had to come back the next morning to finish the job.
