The service at David McDavid has always been 5 star and this instance was no different. My regular service advisor was on vacation but I was quickly assigned to Travis, who went above and beyond in getting my Edge it’s scheduled service and installing a map update. Travis kept me apprised of the status and gave me options.

Thank you Gerald Rollins for helping me get a tail light changed in my Camry - when I first called Ford's service department - I was told "you do realize the is a Ford dealership & we don't work on any cars but Ford. That is when I called Gerald (we brought our Escape from Gerald) and asked him about my conversation. Gerald made arrangements to have my car taken care of .
