Start to finish Monty Smith did a fantastic job. Wasn’t pushy and had best deal. Took care of minor paint touch ups answered all questions and thoroughly followed up. The minor issue with the back up camera handled very professionally as well. Parts manager Will Perry was amazing as well, quickly putting orders in and receiving the add ons I ordered as well. Great team at Mcdavid Ford

Great - it was a recall. The rep offered to do my inspection, which I appreciated. My car wasn’t very dirty, but normally you wash my car. This time you didn’t because I still had cat paw prints on my hood. It’s always a nice perk!
