My appointment was for 11:00 and I was told it would take approximately a have hour to do the repair. When I arrived I was told that person who does that particular job does not come in till 1:00 I asked then why did they schedule me for 11:00 when I told them I would wait there? I left and came back at 1:00 and waited over an hour. How ever I don’t blame your service people, I’m sure it was scheduling not listening.
