Customer support was excellent and the maintenance was above expectations.

Staff is above par in their skills knowledge and abilities. They are always friendly and willing to go that extra mile. I have found my entire experience (from shopping for my car through purchase & first service at 25k miles) to be nothing short of excellent. My experience with David McDavid Ford Fort Worth was great. Everyone helped me out and got me back into my car with it working great again. My service advisor Andrew always kept me updated. All-in-all, great experience.

Joe Pearson handled my service appointment and expedited the service. I thought I just needed batteries, but as it turned out I also needed a starter and starter solenoid I thought I would be there all day, but I got out about 12:30, Truck starts great now.

My husband went to trade vehicles. Other than the service tech, no one spoke to him at all. I did all the pre approval and trade in value on my car.
