My experience with David McDavid Ford Fort Worth was great. Everyone helped me out and got me back into my car with it working great again. My service advisor Andrew always kept me updated. All-in-all, great experience.

Joe Pearson handled my service appointment and expedited the service. I thought I just needed batteries, but as it turned out I also needed a starter and starter solenoid I thought I would be there all day, but I got out about 12:30, Truck starts great now.

Made an appointment with service advisor for 11:00 am to change oil/filter and replace a starter. Arrived on time, and waited for vehicle. Both were accomplished as requested. Took a little longer than expected, but delay did not impact my schedule.
