Even durn the Covid-19 situation, Jose and Brian worked with us all the way through every step, all emails were responded to quickly, and answered every question over the phone. Just had to go in and sign paperwork. They were willing to meet us outside to do the paperwork if we were not comfortable inside, even offered to come to our front porch. all work done well

Went in for warranty work on my massaging seats not working. MaDavid Ford was able to put on new connectors which made my seats work again, however, the tech broke the zipper on my King Ranch passenger seat. Amron said they would take care of it. Nothing was written up about that though. I left with Amron’s word that he would call me. It has been a week and a half and no call.
