Bryce was great, very responsive to my texts and provided an excellent sales experience when I arrived at your dealership. I was also very happy with your finance person (sorry but I don’t recall his name)

We brought our car in to have oil changed and everything went great until we got in the car and it smelled like body odor and oil. We were in a hurry to get to our next appointment. When we got home it still smelled so we opened up the windows to let I air out over night. It was better but I still smelled oil and I discovered yesterday that they had spilled oil on the bottom engine cover. Not sure what to do

I came in this past Saturday because I need an oil change and they had a special for the weekend of $29 I always go here for my oil changes anyway and I was there within an hour on a Saturday morning.

Everything was fine. The wait to sign papers with the finance people was way too long, especially since I paid cash for the vehicle.

Having been in sales all my life, 3 in car sales, I was not surprised when I visited 3 dealerships prior to yours that I found sales basic principles not being followed. Your salesperson was not pushy but persistent, asked questions and used the answers to present options. Good job!
