The process of buying was easy but trying to get an accesory after the fact that was listed as coming with the truck has been a nightmare. I was told almost 20 days ago that it was ordered and would be coming. To date I have no order number for confirmation it was actually placed or even a time frame on when it would come so I can schedule an electrician to install it. I am also now racking up a couple of hundred dollars in charge fees because I can't charge my truck at home.
