I will give Sam and his team that helped a 5. Only thing I didn’t like is being told you can use Tesla chargers (I have the 2024 Mach E) and I get to the Tesla chargers and it will not fit my Mach E. I was told about an adapter that is free and when we called ford I was told the list for free adapter was closed October 1st and I purchased my Mach E on the 4th. I didn’t like being missed informed, but other then that a great experience and I freaking love my new car, her name is Big MaMa.
