I expect good service from any Ford Dealership, but finding a responsible and professional Service Writer is rare. Amren Massey is both and the only reason I drive to David McDavid in Ft Worth for my service.

The staff was very friendly and attentive the day we bought the car. I showed up 2 days later to get some paperwork and not so much. I guess once you buy the vehicle you are no longer important to them
