I took my vehicle in for a recall notice and an oil change. I had been notified by Ford that the repair could take up to a full day. When I arrived, my advisor Shawn said he could have it out in about 2.5 hours. The work was completed in 1.5 hours to my surprise! This was probably the most efficient service I have had so far! I'm a satisfied customer.

My service guy Cesar was AWESOME! He went out of his way to make sure that I knew everything that they were doing I knew and every question I had he answered right away. That's what I love . Someone who can do their job without having to ask someone else for all the answers. Everyone else also went out of the way to make sure that I was being helped or if I needed help in anyway, from the guys in probably accounting to sales on. My only issue was with the mechanics themselves. 1. They didn't hesitate to tell me I needed a $150 service thing done but didn't tell me that I needed a back windshield wiper blade. 2. Usually they have always vacuumed the floors in the cars, etc and when bring back around it usually has those papers floor mats down NOT!! AND IT WAS RAINING?? 3. I had to take the old oil change sticker off myself, yes you might think it's petty things but it's those things that loyal customers notice and we've been bringing ouf vehicles here since 2015 when we got our 1st one with you all. But, again my guy Cesar was FANTASTIC!! I WILL REQUEST HIM WHENEVER I CALL TO SCHEDULE MY SERVICES AGAIN. THANK YOU, CESAR You are a very pleasant friendly people person, that cares about his customers. Don't lose that quality of your life and you will go far no matter what you do!! Jessica Hansen
