Service was great. It would have been nice if they reminded me I had a recall when I was there for my regular maintenance. I had to come in again to have the recall work done.

Chris was great...he always is able to make time, set up appointments and fix the problem quickly. He goes out of his way to take care of me and it's appreciated.

Transaction was smooth and reasonably fast. I came to the dealership in a hurry after another dealer (Nissan) misled on a deal that fell through ultimately due to bait and switch. Everything was as described at McDavid by Trey and I felt I got a good deal on a nice car with good and friendly service. Will keep in mind for the future.

This is my second vehicle I've purchased in the past 14 months. Both vehicles are used, but i received the same professionalism from the sales personnel as if i bought a new car or truck. I will be buying all my vehicles from here for now on.

Chris was able to get my truck done 2 weeks before it was supposed to be. I was disappointed that they didn’t wash or vacuum my truck out. I had a full service plus recall repair and repair for the death wobble.
