Dropped off the car. Told the representative what I needed. He took care of it all and had me back on the road in no time. I was in and out both to drop off and pick up in a short time. That is important to me.

It was a long day but they fixed everything I asked for. The only downside is I still have not received my ford pass points for the service. Asked two different sources so far. One at the dealership and one through text and still no points. I guess we will see if you read these and actually care to respond? Please add ford pass points
