It was a long day but they fixed everything I asked for. The only downside is I still have not received my ford pass points for the service. Asked two different sources so far. One at the dealership and one through text and still no points. I guess we will see if you read these and actually care to respond? Please add ford pass points

Clay was my service adviser for my Mustang which I recently brought in to be serviced with a possible battery/wiring issue. He was awesome in keeping me up to date on where the service technician was in trying to find the issue.

Very courteous and efficient. Sean was very helpful with setting up the appointment the week before and on the day I brought the car in. I was in and out in only an hour. Each time I have had to bring my car in for recall reasons, the service has been excellent. Thank all of you.
