I was on my way to work when my low tire light came on about 6:30AM. I stopped at the gas station to air up the tires, but the light stayed on. I called AAA to come tow my car when I remembered I was only a few blocks from McDavid Ford where I bought my FLEX. I drove there carefully and the rep listened attentively to my problem, signed my car in and sent me to the waiting area. Within 30-40 minutes, he came back, explained to me the right rear tire had been low, but didn't find a nail or other problem, There was no charge and I went on to work. My service experience was beyond my expectation!
