Service was great! Took my truck in for a full detail and it came out looking brand new!

I needed an oil change and I got right in that day. The work was done to satisfaction, but the wait was over an hour. Other customers were also talking about their long waits. The service advisor, Hunter was professional, but I did not get a review of my vehicle status. I am right at 30,000 miles and I was not advised about any necessary milestone maintenance that might be needed such as radiator flush or transmission oil change.

Joe and the mechanics got my F150 and began work immediately so I could get my vehicle back the next day. This was after Don Davis Ford in Arlington said it would take four work days just to inspect my vehicle to see what was the problem because Davis had "only one mechanic" and "he is backed up."
